Do not forget:

1. Your camera and/or smartphone;
2. Wear comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing (have a look at the weather forecast, gloves when cold or chilly);
3. Parking: depending on availability, it is possible to park close-by at the site of Oud Sint Jan – entrance P-site at Zonnekemeers 18. If this parking is full, we advise you to go to the underground P-site at ‘t Zand, not so far away;
4. If you are delayed or you cannot reach us (traffic jams, illness…) or you want to change your booking, please contact us in time by phone on +32 495 90 60 60 or +32 50 68 87 70;
5. Alcohol consumption before the start of your tour is not permitted;
6. Do not forget your passport and driving license;
7. For security reasons, we cannot take pregnant ladies along on Segway tours;
8. The guide and/or a responsible member of our staff can always refuse to take someone along on a tour. As we are on public roads, safety is our absolute priority! The guide or a responsible member of our staff can always refuse participants if they believe that security cannot be guaranteed!

Conditions of annulation:

• Until 24 hours before the start of your booked tour, you can reschedule the tour without costs to another time slot depending of course on availability;
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before and rescheduling is not possible, we can refund your prepaid fees, less a fixed sum of € 25 for annulation, administration and staff costs;
• We refund the due amount on the same bank account number with which you have made the online payment;
• Annulation can only be done with a written note on info@segwaybrugge.be and is only valid after receiving our confirmation.
